Okay first of all we should understand how God explained his prophecies to Daniels and John in the two chapters of Revelations 13 and Daniels 7
Now according to God's language
The beast is a government :
The Dragon or Serpent is Satan
The sea is the highly populated Area
And the woman is described as the Church .
Now if you read Revelations chapter 13 there's a the First beast which is Rising out of the Sea having a deadly wound and that Beast is given power and Authority by the Dragon .
Now this beast is the Roman empire (papal government) receiving power and Authority from the Dragon ...
Now if you read carefully it Says the beast has a Deadly wound but the wound was Heald .
Now let me Explain on the issue of the wound . The course of this wound on this beast (papal government) is because Rome was destroyed and they took away her power ,and people fighted against this goverment because they couldn't live according to their Rules ,and that caused a wound to the Roman empire .
Now we are seeing this beast once again being Heald ,,this now means that The papal Government will rise again in this century of ours (last days) and this goverment will regain its power and that will heal the wound of this Goverment .
And as you Continue with with that chapter there's another beast rising out of the sea and he caused people to to worship the first beast that's it's wound was heald (papal Government)
Now this Second Beast is non other than the United states of America . The most influential and powerful nation on earth is America an their the ones who call shorts ,,and it'll come a time were there'll call for a one world Order and call for a one day of rest and worship and that'll will lead straight to the papal Sabbath (Sunday) of which is called the Mark of the beast .
Now the the question is
What is the Mark of the Beast ?
John was called to behold a people distinct from those who worship the beast or his image by keeping the first day of the week. The observance of this day is the mark of the beast.—Testimonies to Ministers and Gospel Workers, 133 (1898). LDE 223.4
The mark of the beast is the papal sabbath.—Evangelism, 234 (1899). LDE 224.1
When the test comes, it will be clearly shown what the mark of the beast is. It is the keeping of Sunday.—The S.D.A. Bible Commentary 7:980 (1900). LDE 224.2
The sign, or seal, of God is revealed in the observance of the seventh-day Sabbath, the Lord’s memorial of creation.... The mark of the beast is the opposite of this—the observance of the first day of the week.—Testimonies for the Church 8:117 (1904). LDE 224.3
“He causeth all, both small and great, ... to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads” (Revelation 13:16). Not only are men not to work with their hands on Sunday, but with their minds are they to acknowledge Sunday as the Sabbath.—Special Testimony to Battle Creek Church, 6, 7 (1897).

There can be only two classes. Each party is distinctly stamped, either with the seal of the living God, or with the mark of the beast or his image.—The Review and Herald, January 30, 1900. LDE 215.1
